My Husband Plays Xbox Too Much: What To Do

Help, My husband and I have 2 kids and where on #3. He loves them and he is great some of the time he works hard and I commend him for it but when he is not working he is down in what we call the dungen playing games on his xbox 360 which I have had many violent uges twards but never acted apon. We don't see him enough as it is he plays for 12 hours at times. and its not as if that were his only obssestion he loves ice fishing also. It just feels like its always about him. I ran out of good ideas a long time ago and now i've managed to use a couple bad ones that back fired. HELP ME
